HOW WE
HANDLE YOUR DATA.
Spool Foundry ("we", "us", "our") operates spoolfoundry.com (the "Site") and provides custom 3D printing services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have.
We take privacy seriously because our business depends on customer trust and because we, too, hate being tracked around the internet. We collect the minimum information we need to quote, print, and ship your order.

hello@spoolfoundry.com
2. Information we collect
We collect only what is necessary to service your order:
- Contact information — name, email address, and optionally phone number, when you submit a quote request, contact form, or place an order.
- Shipping information — mailing address for order delivery.
- Order details — the files you upload (STL, STEP, 3MF, OBJ), quantities, material selections, color preferences, and any notes you provide.
- Payment information — when you pay through our secure payment link, card details are handled entirely by our PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store credit card numbers, CVVs, or expiration dates on our systems. The only information we retain is a transaction ID and amount for accounting purposes.
- Technical data — basic server access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer) for the purpose of security, debugging, and fraud prevention.
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising pixels, remarketing tags, or behavioral tracking on this Site.
