All orders are printed, packed, and shipped from our shop in Orlando, Florida. Shipping cost, carrier, and estimated delivery are shown on your quote before you approve the order — no surprises at checkout.

1. Production turnaround

Turnaround is the time we spend printing before we hand the package to the carrier. It depends on the size of the job, the material, and our current queue. Typical windows:

SMALL (≤ 5 hrs)
1 – 3 business days
MEDIUM (5 – 20 hrs)
3 – 5 business days
LARGE (20 – 60 hrs)
5 – 10 business days

If you need something faster, tell us in the notes field when you request the quote. We'll tell you honestly whether we can do it, and at what expedite fee.

2. Carriers we use

Our default carrier is the United States Postal Service:

UPS and FedEx are available on request. If you have a preferred carrier, mention it with your quote and we'll price it that way.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. The exact cost appears on your quote before you approve. We do not mark up shipping — you pay the carrier rate.

Need the lowest possible cost? Ask for USPS Ground Advantage and we'll pack as tight as we safely can.

4. Tracking

Once your package ships, we email you a tracking number the same day. Tracking updates come from the carrier — we do not add delays on our end. If the carrier's tracking is quiet for more than 72 hours, email us and we will investigate.

5. Local pickup

Customers in the Orlando area can arrange pickup at no cost. Pickup is by appointment only — we don't keep regular retail hours. Mention "local pickup" in your quote request and we'll coordinate a time after your parts are complete.

We ship internationally on request using USPS First-Class Package International or Priority Mail International. Important notes for international customers:

7. Packaging

We pack parts to survive USPS handling. Small parts go in rigid boxes with fill; fragile or large parts get foam wrap, internal supports, and a "fragile" label. If a package arrives damaged, take photos of the damaged box before opening it where possible, then contact us within 7 days of delivery per our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Lost or delayed packages

If the carrier has not updated tracking for more than 5 business days beyond the expected delivery, contact us. We will open a trace with the carrier and, if the package is declared lost, reprint and reship at no charge.

Carrier delays caused by weather, labor action, or other force majeure are not grounds for refund but we will always do our best to help.

9. Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address before approving the quote. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll ship it again once you pay the re-shipping cost. We are not able to intercept packages once USPS has them.
